A Wellness Consultant since 1990, Dr. Z is an expert in structural and spinal analysis and diagnosis. Specializing in The Activator Method, a gentle non-force alignment technique, she provides personalized care in the prevention, treatment and rehabilitation of sports and work-related injuries. She is committed to educating each person she works with on how their body works empowering the individual in obtaining and maintaining optimal health. 

Dr. Z has been in private practice in the Santa Cruz area since 1990.
